It would be a pretty fast 50k too, but not overly easy. I would venture to say that it would have at least 3000' of gain.Brandon Throwerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14437461149338921965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-878656146374243570.post-61840888297574712872013-01-14T18:56:40.362-05:002013-01-14T18:56:40.362-05:00woot woot, Lake Norman 50K....woot woot, Lake Norman 50K....stanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14871873541873248026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-878656146374243570.post-63898679008828161122013-01-14T12:53:06.003-05:002013-01-14T12:53:06.003-05:00Rest will do you well, no doubt. I'll be planning on at least 3 bottles for each half during the race as well as calories every 30 min instead of 45 min today.Brandon Throwerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14437461149338921965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-878656146374243570.post-84031206498855099802013-01-13T20:04:37.599-05:002013-01-13T20:04:37.599-05:00I think I saw you around the 8 mile marker...
